As the week comes to a close, RFN thought it may be nice to look back at some of the smaller stories from the week. You could call them the minutiae, but were keeping it simple. Let’s call them chasti (части, parts, pieces). It’s not a definitive rundown of the ins-and-outs of the off-season moves being made in Russia this week. But at least it is a little something to snack on for the Russian football fan.
CSKA Moskva

Dmitri Ryzhov (R) heads to FK Ural on loan
CSKA continue to rent out players:
Young striker Dmitri Ryzhov may be going on loan to FK Ural. In the second half of 2009, Ryzhov was on loan with FK Alania Vladikavkaz—scoring 2 goals in 12 matches. His performance with the U-21 national team has been a promising sign for his future with CSKA—scoring 3 goals in only 4 caps.
FK Shinnik Yaroslavl has rented youth-squad forward Aleksandr Kudryavtsev for 2010.
Krylia Sovetov Samara
While the club tries to find some sponsorship, they are inviting several players to their training camp.
Tom Tomsk’s 24-year-old striker Anton Arkhipov will train with the Wings in Turkey. Last season, Arkhipov played was on loan at FK Cherno Novorossiysk. He played in 16 matches and scored 3 goals for the Sailors.
In addition, the Samara club has invited 19-year-old defender Farkhod Vasiev to camp out with them in Turkey. The FK Saturn Moskovskaya Oblast player has already received two caps for Tajikistan. Last year he appeared in only one match with the Aliens, against Krylia. It was a nice debut—Vasiev scored a goal.
Lokomotiv Moskva
Yuri Semin still having a look at some of the lesser known bodies in the organization.
Lokomotiv-2 keeper Aleksandr Krivoruchko has joined netmongers Guilherme and Marek Čech in Spain for training with the senior team.
Midfielder Kirill Pavlov and Andrei Kuznetsov were dropped from the squad heading to Spain, leaving Semin to call up Aleksandr Cherevko, who has been on loan with FK Nizhny Novgorod for the last two years.

Nikoli Mašitšev gets a look from FK Moskva

The Citizens are having a look at former FK Vetra (Lithuania) midfielder Nikoli Mašitšev, as the 21-year-old Estonian has joined the squad in Cyprus.
Rubin Kazan
Rubin has traveled to Spain for their second training session. Five young players and members of Rubin-2—their feeder club—were part of the passenger list.
Three members of the Rubin reserves that won the CIS Cup last week made the trip: 22-year-old midfielder Vagiz Galiullin, 20-year-old striker Igor Portnyagin, and 18-year-old striker Vahyt Orazsakhedov. In addition, Rubin-2’s 16-year-old goalkeeper Alexei Berezin and 20-year-old defender Mikhail Badyautdinov will get some time with the main squad.
FK Saturn Moskovskaya Oblast
Dynamo Kyiv’s 19-year-old striker/midfielder Frank Temile is on hand at the Aliens training camp, which perhaps turn in to a loan deal. Prior to joining the Ukrainian club, The Nigerian speedster was with Valletta FC (Malta)—were in 2007-08 he was given the distinction of the best attacker in the Maltese Premier League (10 goals in 20 games).

Wojciech Kowalewski is coming back to Russia
FK Sibir Novosibirsk
Former Spartak Moskva keeper, Wojciech Kowalewski has agreed to move to FK Siber Novosibirsk club. The 32-year-old was picked up as a free agent after his contract with Iraklis FC (Greece) expired. The club has announced that the deal is for two years.
27-year-old defender Maksim Astafyev will also be joining the club’s second training camp in Turkey. Formerly of Zenit St. Petersburg and FK Luch-Energiya, Astafyev used to be a forward, until being moved into a right-back (and sometimes right wing) position while playing with FK Rostov over the last two years.
In addition, Ján Kozák, a 29-year-old midfielder currently on the books at Sovan Bratislava (Slovakia), has also gone to Sibir’s camp. As a playmaking midfielder—who can also play on the right wing–Kozák has earned 21 caps for Slovakia.
Zenit St. Petersburg
Reserve squad defender Boris Rotenberg has been sent on loan to Maccabi Tel-Aviv. Last season Rotenberg was on loan with FK Khimki. The Israeli club will have the option to purchase the Finnish player at the end of the loan.
